The form collects your name, email, idea, budget and project context. Country and language are optional. We use this information to review your enquiry and communicate about it.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored encrypted on the Ranoty server. The dashboard is restricted to the administrator, authenticated with a password and an Authenticator code. Form details are not sent to external AI, authentication or database services.

Necessary data and retention

Describe the outcome you want. Do not include passwords, bank details, identity documents or sensitive information. We retain your enquiry for project review and discussion until deletion by the administrator or at your request. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Cookies and protection

We use a first-party session cookie for form security and authentication. We add no external advertising or analytics tools. Abuse protection uses temporary identifiers derived from the network address.
